CONSENT: The Applicant consents to Maple Leaf Property Management obtaining credit, personal and employment information on the Applicant from one or more consumer reporting agencies and from other sources of such information as determined by Maple Leaf Property Management, for the purpose of Maple Leaf Property Management evaluating this Application for Tenancy. The Applicant authorizes reporting agencies and any other organization or person, including personnel from any government agency, to disclose relevant information about the Applicant to Maple Leaf Property Management. If this Application for Tenancy is accepted, the Applicant understands that the above information may also be used and disclosed for the purpose of responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy and complying with legal requirements. For more information, please refer to Maple Leaf Property Management Privacy Policy as may be amended from time to time, and the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia).

For greater certainty, this Application does not form a Tenancy. Subject to Maple Leaf Property Management review of this Application for Tenancy being satisfactory to Maple Leaf Property Management in its absolute discretion, and subject to the availability of a mutually acceptable unit, Maple Leaf Property Management and the Applicant will enter into a Residential Tenancy Agreement.
